She has one sibling Karen Ride. he is a presbyterian minister. Sally Ride completed her primary education from Portola Junior High School and Graduation from Westlake School for Girls in Los Angeles. She has completed Master degree and Ph.D, from Stanford In Physics.

Carrer: - Sally ride join NASA in 1978. She has the post of ground-based Capsule Communicator for the second and third Space Shuttle Flights. And on June 1983, she became the first American lady astronaut in space. She was the crew Member of Space Shuttle challenger (STS-7). Her second Spac- flight Was in 1984.
